on the first Thursday of the month. All other sessions are for IBN members only.

Small group coaching is the best way to stave off procrastination. If you come to each session, you will have the opportunity to set your goals and articulate them to the group. We will be on hand to share your challenges and bear the burdens with you. We will also hold you accountable to the goals you set. As Indie Business owners, we have to help one another. Through these sessions, not only are you empowered, but you also have an opportunity to empower others.
What's the format of group coaching?
- Week One: topic introduction, overview and getting started; clarification of goals and challenges, and how to overcome them; free resources are provided; homework and research is assigned.
- Week Two: collective sharing of best tips and practices are shared; follow up homework is assigned.
- Week Three: feedback is discussed and action items are identified; commitments are made to make specific progress in the area covered that month.
- Week Four: attendees share their implementation successes
- We skip the last Thursday when there are 5 of them in a month
What kind of follow-up is there?
Group coaching conversations and support continues at the Indie Business Forum. Post your follow ups, questions, success reports and challenges there! Again, it's free!
Do you offer one-on-one consulting?
Yes. However, one of the reasons I established free group coaching is
because of the great demand for one-on-one consulting. Contact me by email

How much does the coaching program cost?
Nothing! It's free except for the price you pay your long distance
service provider. Most carriers now offer long distance calling for a flat
fee these days so the only thing most people have to pay is an hour of their
time. Aren't your business and family worth an hour a week?

I don't know. It depends on the demand for the program and whether it turns
out to be a win/win situation for all involved. I will evaluate the program
